The Founders met at Osmania University while studying for a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. The idea for eTravelSmart was incepted during one of their many conversations about convenient travel booking arrangements and transportation, including online booking for bus,hotels and restaurants, through an intuitive, technologically advanced, and easy-to-use system. The founders all have unique skills, experience, and knowledge - each has over 10 years of demonstrated experience with Multi-National Corporations (MNC's), with Top Fortune 100 companies in India as well as the United States.

With technology constantly changing at a rapid pace,the founders of eTravelSmart understand the importance of convenience as well as time and financial savings. eTravelSmart recognizes the necessity and opportunity to fulfill the needs of a diverse user base while building a unique user experience on a variety of devices, such as personal computers, web-based applications, mobile phones, and tablets. # Development and maintenance of Java, J2EE application systems.
# Writing quality code in an object oriented language (Java).
# Basic knowledge and understanding of database, specially relational databases like MySQL or Oracle. 
# Candidate having good undestanding of PL/SQL will be better.
# Sound knowledge of object-oriented design concepts and algorithms.
# Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
# Fast learner, flexible and able to work well within a cross-functional team environment.
# Good knowledge of Core Java concepts.
